Opening a Mate Account Step by Step

How to Open a Mate Account

Opening an account starts with a short registration form where we ask for a few personal details and an email address to set up Mate Casino login access. Once the form is submitted and confirmed, the account is ready to use, and the $1400 bonus plus 80 free spins welcome offer linked to our welcome bonus becomes available to claim.

Age Confirmation at Signup

Every new registration must confirm that the player is 18 or over. This confirmation is a required part of the signup process and applies before any deposit, withdrawal or bonus claim can be processed on the account.

If access to the account is ever lost, the same login details used at signup are needed to sign back in through our login page.

What Happens After You Register

After the registration form is submitted, the account is set up using the details provided at signup, including the email and password chosen by the player. There is no separate waiting period described for this step, so the account becomes active for further use straight away.

The welcome offer of a $1400 bonus plus 80 free spins is tied to the account created at signup, and the exact conditions attached to it are set out in our bonus terms. We recommend reading those conditions before making a first deposit so the offer is used as intended.

Because the account is confirmed at 18 or over during registration, this same age confirmation stands for the lifetime of the account and does not need to be repeated for routine logins or future deposits.

Signup Requirements at a Glance

The table below sets out the two confirmed requirements that apply when opening a new account.

These two points cover what is required to register and what is on offer once the account is open; further offer conditions are available on the bonus terms page.
